HOLLAND LANDING, Ontario, April 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via SEAPRWire.com) — Inscape Corporation (“Inscape” or the “Company”) (TSX: INQ), is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) which was accepted and all conditions waived on April 27, 2022 (the “Acceptance Date”) for the sale of its surplus property (the “Surplus Property Transaction””) at 70 Toll Road, East Gwillimbury, Ontario (the “Property”) to a third-party purchaser (the “Purchaser”). The purchase price is CDN$1,700,000.
The Purchaser has provided a deposit of CDN$50,000 (the “Deposit”) to be credited toward the purchase price on closing of the Surplus Property Transaction.
The Surplus Property Transaction is expected to close on April 29, 2022 (the “Closing”).
