Hong Kong Youth & Tertiary Students Association officially announced Top 10 winners of Outstanding Tertiary Students Award Of Hong Kong 2021 (OTSAHK2021). The winners are listed as below.

The event (OTSAHK 2021) has received nearly 100 applications with over 80 supporting partners from different industries. The winner at OTSAHK 2021 had to feature the following criteria: outstanding social contribution, good academic results, leadership, etc. After the two-round evaluation, the judge committee comprised of celebrities from different sectors selected ten students from the candidates to gain the honor. In addition, a lucky draw session (Trade Promotion Competition License No. 54922) composed of daily lucky draw (from 8th Sept to 17th Sept 2021) and ultimate lucky draw (23rd Sept 2021) was held for the online polling of OTSAHK 2021.
