Hong Kong stocks ended higher on Monday. The Hang Seng Index added 2 percent, to 21,123.93 points. The Hong Kong China Enterprises Index gained 2.44 percent, to 7,255.13.

China’s securities regulator said it has agreed to include exchange-traded funds in stock connect schemes with Hong Kong.

Tech giants listed in Hong Kong climbed more than 3 percent, with food-delivery giant Meituan soaring 7.3 percent to become the biggest boost to the Hang Seng bechmark.
