SHANGHAI – Hong Kong stocks ended higher on Friday. The Hang Seng Index added 2 percent to 19,898.77. The Hong Kong China Enterprises Index gained 3.22 percent to 6,807.03.
Tech giants trading in Hong Kong jumped 3.9 percent, with index heavyweights Alibaba, Tencent and Meituan up between 2.8 percent and 4.4 percent.
Mainland developers listed in Hong Kong gained 3.1 percent.
