HONG KONG – Hong Kong reported no new COVID-19 infection on Saturday for the third time in one week, as the city’s overall tally stood at 11,956.

In a statement, the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health said a total of 18 cases have been reported in Hong Kong in the past 14 days, including 17 imported infections and one import-related case.

The center reminded specified people linked to Chung Mei Building, 149-157 Tai Kok Tsui Road in Tai Kok Tsui to undergo mandatory testing in accordance with the compulsory testing notice on Sunday.

A total of 29 patients are currently hospitalized in nine public hospitals and the North Lantau Hospital Hong Kong Infection Control Centre, including one in serious condition, the Hospital Authority said.
