HONG KONG — A high-level gala marking the 72nd founding anniversary of the People’s Republic of China was held Friday evening at the Hong Kong Coliseum in Hung Hom.
Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor and the leaders of the central government offices attended the event, which was also streamed online.
