HONG KONG – A pair of headers lifted Hong Kong, China to a 2-0 victory over Myanmar in a football friendly on Wednesday.

The fixture was held at the Mong Kok Stadium behind closed doors. It was the first home game in nearly three years for the Hong Kong team and its debut since the East Asian Football Championship.

The home side dominated throughout the game, breaking the deadlock in the 35th minute through Sun Ming-him's header before Law Tsz-chun making it 2-0 just one minute later.

The second leg between the two teams will take place at the Hong Kong Stadium on Saturday.
